Product samples

Coloplast offers a wide variety of products for different needs. Request a sample* when you are looking to find a solution that best meets your needs.

When you request a sample, you will be redirected to the Comfort Medical website to complete your request. You will then receive a call from an experienced product specialist within a few days. They will help you identify a solution to fit your needs and answer any questions you might have.

 

What products can you sample?


You will be able to sample most products within the Continence Care and Ostomy Care catalogs.

Due to local regulatory requirements, we are unable to offer samples from our Wound Care or Interventional Urology product catalogs. We also cannot provide samples to supplement supplies before your next order covered by Medicare or other insurance providers.

If you are a healthcare professional, you may request samples from our full product range by contacting your territory manager or visiting  Coloplast Care Connect. 

1. Add a product sample to your basket and submit

Browse the Coloplast product catalog. When viewing a product, make sure the "I want to sample" option is selected, add the item to your basket, and then choose "Request a free sample".

2. Redirect to the Comfort Medical website to complete your request

When you press submit, you will be redirected to the Comfort Medical website to complete your request. Comfort Medical is a licensed product supply company and DME owned by Coloplast. Enter your information on the form and press submit to finalize your request.

3. A product specialist will contact you to help with your Coloplast sample request

After you submit your sample request, a product specialist will call you to ensure you receive the solution that best fits your needs.

4. Your sample will be sent

Samples must be requested separately from product purchases and cannot be included in the same basket. All sample requests are reviewed by a product specialist, who will contact you before any samples are shipped.
