Do you have insurance?

When it comes to obtaining supplies, there are two primary options to consider: out-of-pocket purchases and insurance coverage. Understanding these options can help you make informed decisions about your ostomy or continence care purchases.

Currently, Coloplast offers the ability to purchase ostomy products online as an out-of-pocket purchase. This option provides you with the convenience of having your supplies right away, without the need to navigate insurance policies. You will be prompted at checkout to provide a payment method for the products within your shopping basket.
Purchases from this website are HSA eligible. Reimbursement by Medicare or private insurance is not available for purchases from this site. See FAQs for details.

Insurance coverage involves submitting a claim to your insurance or a third-party payer, who then pays either you or the supplier directly for your ostomy supplies.  A DME supply service can help you with ordering supplies that are covered by Medicare or other insurance providers.

Coloplast can assist you with where to purchase products covered by Medicare or other insurance providers. Visit our contact us page to learn more.
