Product samples

Coloplast offers a wide variety of products for different needs. Request a sample* when you are looking to find a solution that best meets your needs.

When you request a sample, you will receive a call from an experienced product specialist within a few days. They will help you identify a solution to fit your needs and answer any questions you might have.


What products can you sample?


You will be able to sample most products within the Continence Care and Ostomy Care catalogs.

Due to local regulatory requirements, we are not able to offer samples from our Wound Care or Interventional Urology product catalogs. We are also not able to provide samples when extra supplies are needed before your next order covered by Medicare or other insurance providers.

1. Add a product sample to your basket and check out

Browse through the Coloplast catalog of products. When viewing a product, ensure the "I want to sample" option is selected, add to it to your basket, and proceed to checkout.

2. We will call you

After you have requested a sample, one of our experienced product specialists will call you to make sure you are getting the best solution for your needs.

3. Your sample will be sent

Once a product specialist has spoken with you and your sample request is approved, your sample will be sent to you with free delivery and in discreet packaging.

It’s possible to include both samples and purchases in your basket. If an order includes both samples and purchases, the items will be shipped separately; a product specialist will always call to speak with you before sending samples.
